Rachel Pearson is a magna cum laude graduate of Cleveland State University where she received a Bachelor in Music Performance. She is also an honors graduate of Cuyahoga Community College’s post-graduate paralegal certificate program. Before joining Pepple & Waggoner, Rachel spent over a decade with a workers’ compensation defense firm. In her role as paralegal, she assisted attorneys in all aspects of claims management, and representation of employers before the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission of Ohio.

In her free time Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid listener of true-crime podcasts.
